What Jauntly is

Jauntly is a free holiday search, comparison and information service. We help you find and compare package holidays and travel services offered by third-party operators. We are not a travel agent or tour operator, we do not sell holidays, and we never take your payment. All bookings are made directly with the relevant operator on their own website, under their terms and their ATOL/ABTA protection where applicable.

Prices and availability

Prices, availability, ratings and other details shown on Jauntly are indicative and provided for comparison. Final prices and availability are always those confirmed on the operator’s website at the time of booking. Always verify ATOL/ABTA protection with the operator before booking.

How we make money

Some outbound links are affiliate links. If you book or purchase via these links, the operator or partner pays Jauntly a commission at no extra cost to you. Commission never affects the price you pay or how we rank or describe our picks.

Our content

We work hard to keep information accurate, but we provide the service “as is” and cannot guarantee that all third-party information is current or error-free. Nothing on Jauntly constitutes financial, legal or professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jauntly is not liable for the acts, omissions, products or services of third-party operators, or for losses arising from bookings made with them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including for consumers’ statutory rights.

General

We may update the service and these terms from time to time; the latest version applies. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland retain the protections and forum rights of their home law).
